Two earthquake shocks reported on Kazakh-Chinese border

UST-KAMENOGORSK. November 3. KAZINFORM /Ludmila Malko/ Earthquake measuring 8 on the Richter scale stroke Almaty oblast at 11:44 Monday, East Kazakhstan oblast emergencies department informs.
The quake took place on the Kazakh-Chinese border, officials say.
The same there was reported the second shock was reported at 14:35with 2 magnitude.
