Two criminal cases initiated over Atyrau explosions

ATYRAU. November 1. KAZINFORM /Andrei Sokolov/ Two criminal cases were initiated over explosions occurred on October 31 in Atyrau under Article 233, Part 2, Item B of the Kazakh Criminal Code - terrorism using explosive devices, press secretary of the oblast prosecutor's office Svetlana Djumasheva said.
As earlier reported, the first blast occured on October 31. The explosives were set off in a garbage can on the Kulmanov street. No casualties were reported. The second blast occurred in an hour in the Sary-Arka district. "An unknown man blew himself up," the press-service of oblast prosecutor's office told. No victims were reported then.
