According to him, the current address is a serious document orienting the country to the long-term perspective. It gives answers to global and domestic challenges.

"I am very interested in the section devoted to the international activity of Kazakhstan. Along with many perspectives put forward by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the most significant for me is the idea of integration of the Turkic world. In particular, the Parliamentary Assembly, initiated by the N. Nazarbayev, develops successfully. Within the integration processes such structures as Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, TURKSOY, Turkic Academy have been established. In 2012 Astana is the cultural capital of the Turkic world and CIS. In April 2011 Astana hosted the second TURKPA plenary sitting and Kazakhstan became a chairman of TURKPA," R. Hasanov writes.

"There is no doubt that Kazakhstan will do the social economic modernization, strengthen the economy and make the society more stable increasing people's welfare," the author of the letter concluded.
