Tu-154 makes emergency landing in Abakan, none hurt

KRASNOYARSK. July 16. KAZINFORM A Tu-154 with 46 passengers aboard made an emergency landing at Abakan airport in Khakassia. Nobody was hurt, EMERCOM press service head in the republic Irina Butenko told Itar-Tass.
According to Itar-Tass, the airliner was on a Barnaul-Abakan-Norilsk flight. After the takeoff from Barnaul, the crew reported to air traffic controllers that one of the three engines failed. The plane captain decided to continue the flight to Abakan.
EMERCOM rescuers and medical services were brought to the Khakassian capital's airport by the moment of the plane landing. The airliner landed safely at 11:25 local time (07:25 Moscow time).
The passengers of the flight to Norilsk are waiting for a reserve plane to arrive from Barnaul.
