Tractor driver dies after falling into water in Karaganda region

ASTANA. July 16. KAZINFORM A 28-year-old driver of MTZ-3 tractor in a state of alcoholic intoxication lost control of the vehicle and fell into the Nura River.
The accident happened at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday (July 15) on Kiyevka-Karoi highway in Karaganda region, local police say.
As a result of the incident, the driver died right at the scene. His 50-year-old passenger was hospitalized with open fracture of the left leg. An investigation has been initiated.
