Total international reserves of Kazakhstan will soon reach $100 billion – President

ASTANA. December 14. KAZINFORM - Total international reserves of Kazakhstan will soon reach USD 100 billion dollars, this has been announced by Nursultan Nazarbayev at the ceremonial meeting dedicated to the Independence Day of Kazakhstan held in the Central Concert Hall.
"Dear people of Kazakhstan! On December 16, 1991 in the constellation of nations the new star - Republic of Kazakhstan has been relighted. On this day, we started our Kazakhstani way. We have implemented a great mission as we became the pioneers of our independence", said the President.
The President noted that this year Kazakhstan was among the 50 most competitive countries in the world, whereas the first morning of independence the country met with the finance equaled to zero.
