ASTANA. February 20. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, the President's press service reports.
Tony Blair reported to Nursultan Nazarbayev on the results of the expert group activity. Besides, the parties debated the urgent issues of the international agenda.
"Now we focus on the developing of my Address to the people of Kazakhstan. Our key tasks are to provide employment, to build available housing, to advance agriculture, infrastructure and local administration and to develop the country's industrialization. I would like to discuss these issues today," the President said.
"I have read your State-of-the-Nation Address and the large-scale tasks that should be brought into life. We are ready to submit recommendations on realization of the tasks in hand," T. Blair noted.
