Tokayev inks law amending Criminal and Administrative Codes

The Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, today signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introducing amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, Qazinform News Agency reports, citing Akorda.

The document provides for amendments and additions to the country’s criminal and administrative legislation. Detailed information on the changes will be published in the text of the law.

The full text of the law is set to published in the press soon. 

Earlier, Qazinform reported President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had signed the law on amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning wildlife, forestry and hunting management, and entrepreneurship.
