Toddler falls to death from the fifth floor in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. June 20. KAZINFORM A 1-year-old baby fell to death from the window of the apartment on the fifth floor in Ust-Kamenogorsk, press service of Kazakh Emergencies Ministry reports.
Toddler's parents came from Russia to spend some quality time with their relatives in East Kazakhstan.
No one noticed how the 1-year-old baby climbed the armchair that was standing next to the open window and fell from the fifth floor.
