Timur Kulibayev reelected to Gazprom Board of Directors

ASTANA. June 29. KAZINFORM The annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom in Moscow elected the new Board of Directors on Friday, the company's press service reports.
Chairman of the KAZENERGY Association Timur Kulibayev was reelected to the Board of Directors of the Russian gas giant during the meeting in the Russian capital yesterday. For the first time Kulibayev was elected to Gazprom board as an independent director in June 2011.
Viktor Zubkov and Alexey Miller were named the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Gazprom respectively.
