WASHINGTON. April 13. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "It is time to begin discussion of adoption of the Universal Declaration of Nuclear-Free World", Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev has said at the Global Summit in Washington today.
"Implementation of the decisions of our Summit is in hands of the leaders of states and every one of us bears responsibility for preventing a disintegrated atom from splitting our world", N.Nazarbayev said.
