Tiger seriously injures three-year-old child in traveling zoo

VLADIVOSTOK. January 4. KAZINFORM An Amur tiger has seriously injured a three-year-old boy in a traveling zoo in Blagoveshchensk, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's regional department told Itar-Tass.

The child in heavy condition is taken to the neurosurgery ward of the regional clinic in Blagoveshchensk.
An inquiry is launched into the incident.
The traveling zoo Liger is registered in Pyatigorsk and has been working in the Far East for the past few years. showing more than 50 species of animals, including lions, tigers, lynxes and an African leopard; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
