According to the source, Russia's relations with Belarus and Kazakhstan will still rely on good neighborhood principles, allied ties and long-term economic integration. He reminded that Belarus and Kazakhstan are also eager to become WTO members apart from Russia. "It will affect our relations in no way," assured Dmitry Medvedev.

Technical things and differences will be addressed in a friendly manner the way the countries have done it always, Kazinform quotes BelTA.
