Tickets still available for Minsk world championship
In his words, over 35,000 tickets have been sold abroad. "The demand for tickets has increased as the world's sport forum is nearing its start. We sell more than 3,000 tickets per day, 20,000-25,000 tickets per week. These are good figures. We have somewhere about 100,000 tickets unsold. It is mainly low-rating matches. I hope that by the beginning of the championship those fans who failed to get tickets for the main encounters will decide to acquire some of these tickets," he said.
"It is already seen that a great number of tourists have come to Belarus. Especially it pertains to Russian fans. There are a lot of cars with Russian plates on the Belarusian roads. It takes trading organizations a day to perform their week-plan," Yevgeny Vorsin noted, BelTA reports.
