Three killed in fatal wreck on highway in Almaty

TALDYKORGAN. KAZINFORM - Three people were killed and one injured in a deadly road accident on the Almaty-Kokpek-Koktal highway Wednesday night. Local police and investigation group were summoned to the scene of the car crash.
According to the police, four people were traveling in a Hyundai Elantra car that crashed head-on with a Hova truck. The Hyundai driver and two passengers - members of the Zhassyl Yel movement died straight away. The fourth passenger was admitted to a hospital in the town of Zharkent. The Zhassyl Yel members were on the way home after conducting a spring campaign in Auliyeagash village. The police closed the portion of the highway while they investigated.
