ASTANA. KAZINFORM - At present time there are about 34 thousand orphans and children without parental support, this has been said by President Nursultan Nazarbayev at a ceremony of awarding the winners of "Mereilі Otbasy" contest.
Kazinform refers to Akorda Twitter account. In Kazakhstan nearly 149,000 children with developmental disabilities need the state support, added the President.
