The draft law «On Internal Affairs bodies” returned to Mazhilis.

"The aim of the bill is to address four objectives: prevention of crime, protection of public order, crime control, enforcement of criminal penalties and administrative sanctions. On their basis jurisdiction of internal affairs bodies and their powers are conferred", said the Minister of Internal Affairs Kalmukhanbet Kassymov . Senators made some amendments to the document. In particular, they suggested adding a norm, which envisages delegation of rehabilitation and bankruptcy information as well as information on criminal cases involving crimes against property to the authorized bodies at their request. After debates the senators took a decision to return the bill to the Mazhilis for reconsideration.
