Thanks to veterans we look confidently to the future - Nursultan Nazarbayev

"Victory Day is the greatest holiday. Our grandfathers, fathers fought for the Motherland and today we live under a peaceful sky, and look confidently to the future", said Nursultan Nazarbayev. Over 1 mln 800 thousand Kazakhstanis defended the homeland to bring peaceful life to the generations to come.

Today in Astana live 258 veterans, 194 of them are participants of the Great Patriotic War, 64 - disabled veterans. "Kazakhstan's copper, lead worked for the victory over the enemy. People should always remember this day. I heartily congratulate the veterans with the Victory Day", concluded Nursultan Nazarbayev.
