Thailand tourists drown after ferry capsizes

BAHGKOK. November 4. KAZINFORM - Six holidaymakers drowned when a ferry capsized near Thailand’s Koh Lan island, around 100 kilometres from Bangkok, Kazinform has learnt from Xinhua.
Three of the tourists were Thai, two Russian and one Chinese.
Thai police said an engine problem on the double-decker ferry had caused passengers to rush to the second floor – resulting in the boat flipping over.
