Thailand reports 156 new A/H1N1 flu patients

BANGKOK. July 7. KAZINFORM Thailand's Public Health Ministry on Tuesday announced 156 more patients, who are confirmed to have been infected with the A/H1N1 flu virus, bringing the country's total number to 2,428; Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
As of Tuesday morning, over 2,350 have already recovered, some 40 others are still treated in hospitals, and eight people died of the A/H1N1 flu virus infection, the Thai-language news agency, INN quoted sources as saying.
The country had its first two confirmed patients on May 12; Kazinform cites Xinhua.
