'Telephone terrorist' arrested by Shymkent police

SHYMKENT. February 10. KAZINFORM An anonymous call claiming that a bomb had been planted in one of the apartments of a multi-storey building was received by police in Shymkent, chief of the regional internal affairs department's press office Saltanat Karakozova said.
The police have found no bombs. A "telephone terrorist" was later arrested. The caller was 29-year-old local resident. He was drunk and could not really explain why he made the call. He was taken into custody. A criminal case was opened.
