Team KZ lost to LIGA PRO TEAM in laser tag at Games of the Future finals
Kazakhstan’s Team KZ lost the second game of the Phygital Shooter final at the Games of the Future 2026 in Astana, Qazinform News Agency reports.
In the phygital laser tag, Russia’s LIGA PRO TEAM secured a decisive 6:1 victory.
Earlier, Team KZ had won the opening Dust 2 CS2 map, but LIGA PRO TEAM seized momentum in the physical round.

Despite attempts to adjust their play during the match, Team KZ could not overturn the result.
LIGA PRO TEAM has been considered one of the strongest contenders since the start of the Games, advancing confidently through earlier stages.
With this win, the score in the final series is now 1:1, setting up a decisive third game.
The championship title will be determined on the final CS2 map, Nuke.
The Games of the Future 2026 are hosting decisive matches across multiple disciplines this weekend, August 8–9 in Astana.
