Tasmagambetov: Problems of deceived home investors to be resolved by late 2010

"At break of the crisis there were 227 projects with the participation of 37, 000 housing investors. By 2008 their number was reduced to 221 projects and by 2009 - to 128", Tasmagamabetov said in the course of the sitting on Astana's further development with the participation of the Head of the State in the local Akimat.

Due to the activities launched by the Government and Akimat, 91 projects (18, 000 housing investors) will be completed. 63 out of them will be put into service on schedule, while the other 28 ones face retardation.

"As earlier reported, all shared construction projects were divided in 4 categories. The first category covers 34, 000 housing complexes purchased by the Akimat. 18 of them will be completed this year. I would like to note that the problems of all deceived housing investors will be solved by the end of the next year", the Akim stressed.
