T. Mussabayev partakes in meeting of heads of CIS space agencies

The forum has been attended by delegations of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan. Kazakh delegation, headed by Chairman of the Aerospace Committee under the Ministry of Innovation and Development Talgat Mussabayev, is represented by managers and specialists of the cosmic sphere of the country. Within two days, the participants have discussed a number of topical issues including the creation of a new juridical base of multilateral cooperation, the integration of terrestrial infrastructures which use the signal of the GLONASS system, the question of CIS's accession to the International Charter on Space and Major Disasters, as well as the issues of establishing the interstate system for space monitoring of emergencies.
