Student exchange program kicks off at Karaganda State Technical University

Winter educational course "Winter FRESH 2010" held within the program of the Association of Students Organizations of technical universities of the SCO was opened Wednesday in Almaty.

Representatives of three Russian state universities - State Marine Technical University of St. Petersburg, Ural State Technical University named after the first President of Russia, B.N. Yeltsin and Siberian State Technological University - will stay in the Karaganda University for a week and get acquainted with the life of the students.

"The Program is divided into several blocks. They include education, science, sport, art work, etc. "Winter FRESH 2010" course provides student exchange, in this regard 11 Kazakh students from the Karaganda University will be visiting above-mentioned Russian universities these days as well", deputy chairman of students trade union of the University "Zhas Orda" Daniyar Assauov told Kazinform.
