Strong winds, blizzards to hit Kazakhstan Feb 19

The north-western cyclone and atmospheric fronts associated with it will continue affecting most areas of Kazakhstan on February 19, bringing rain and snow, blizzards, as well as icy road conditions, Qazinform News Agency learned from Kazhydromet.
Southeastern areas will see no precipitation, due to the anti-cyclone ridge.
Fog and stronger winds are forecast countrywide.
