Strong wind and fog to batter N Kazakhstan

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Kazhydromet issued a storm alert for North Kazakhstan region, Kazinform reports.
On February 29 fog will blanket the region locally forming black ice around. The wind will sweep across the region at a speed of 15-20 m/s.
