ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ ?Stationary census areas are formed on 60%?, Press Secretary of the Kazakh Agency of Statistics Dinara Zhandayeva said at a briefing in Astana, Kazinform reports.
?Stationary census areas are designed for persons who want to pass the procedure of census voluntary, have no definite commorancy. Such areas are established in each census department, at railway, bus, harbor stations and airports, at markets and places of short-time residence?, D.Zhandayeva said.
?For broad information of people the Agency signed agreements with the leading cellular service providers on distribution of text messages to all subscribers of Active, K-cell, Beeline, Pathword cellular. We call people to participate in the campaign actively?, she noted.
