State support of agriculture to jobs for 30 thousand Kazakhstanis in 2015

The minister reminded that at the enlarged sitting of the Government, President N. Nazarbayev instructed to allocate additional funds for support and development of the agro-industrial complex. In particular, it is planned to allocate additionally 20 bln tenge from the National Fund in 2015 for these purposes.

According to the information, 7 bln tenge will be used for subsidization of the interest rate on credit and lease liabilities within financial recovery. As the ministry informs, the funds allocated from the National Fund will allow to prolong the liabilities of the entities of the agro-industrial complex totaling 200 bln tenge. As a result, the total amount of financially recovered liabilities will make over 500 bln tenge.

Besides, 1.5 bln tenge is provided for refunding the rate of remuneration of the loans. It will allow to additionally attract about 60 bln tenge of private investments in the sector.

11.5 bln tenge is provided for subsidization of the cattle breeding programs. Taking into consideration the allocated earlier from the local budget funds in the amount of about 53 bln tenge, the total amount will be over 64 bln tenge. The funds will be aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the products manufactured by our farmers. A part of the funds will also be used for preserving the jobs at poultry farms where about 12 thousand people are employed.
