State-of-the-nation address to speed up Kazakhstan's economic development, view

"In his state-of-the-nation address President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev talks about the onrushing crisis in the global development. In these circumstances Kazakhstan will use the money from the National Fund to construct railways and highways and develop its infrastructure. And I believe that the presidential address will speed up Kazakhstan's economic development," Mr. Enksaikhan said.
