State Counselor Karin chairs meeting of Youth Policy Council under Kazakh President

Kazakh State Counselor Yerlan Karin today held a meeting of the Youth Policy Council under the Kazakh President discussing the development of the draft document on combating illegal gambling, Kazinform News Agency cites the Akorda press service.
During the meeting, the Kazakh State Counselor gambling addiction is now one of the main threats to the national security.
For their part, the members of the Council expressed their confidence that the effective combat against gambling addiction should be systemic and carried out by joint efforts of government bodies and the society.
Following the meeting, Karin stressed that the youth should not only benefit from the reforms but also the key driving force behind them.
