Spring flood situation requires attention in Astana

Opening the sitting, the head of the city reminded that the spring flood situation requires a lot of attention from each city services and departments.

During the sitting, the heads of the districts of the capital city reported on the work on prevention of flooding in Astana. Thus, the headquarters working in this direction are now functioning in all districts of the capital city.

Upon completion of the sitting, the Mayor gave a number of instructions on effective implementation of the plan on prevention of flooding in Astana to heads of competent agencies.

"I draw attention of all heads of all levels to the necessity of fulfillment of the action plan aimed at ensuring security of the people and reduction of the damage by the spring flooding," the Mayor added.
