Special Representative of Kazakh OSCE Chairmanship for Kyrgyzstan appointed

ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM Zhanybek Karibzhanov has been appointed Special Representative of the Kazakh OSCE Chairmanship for Kyrgyzstan.
OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Kazakh Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has informed during the telephone conversation with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday, April 8.
As the Kazakh MFA informs, Z.Karibzhanov is Deputy Chairman of the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament, head of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz Interparliamentary Group and held rank of Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. It is expected that he will arrive in Kyrgyzstan in the nearest future.
