Son chokes to death mother in Astana

ASTANA. October 17. KAZINFORM - Operations Control Center of Department if Internal Affairs of Astana was reported that in one of the apartments of Astana city ambulance service's doctors found a dead body of an elderly woman who died after mechanical asphyxia.
A 24-year-old son lived with his elderly mother born in 1939. According to the testimony of neighbors the son and his mother often had quarrels. The son was divorced, he permanently resided with his mother and worked as an unskilled worker in one of the city's enterprises. The man did not abuse alcohol.
"During the examination the detainee told that he came home in the evening after work and once again had quarreled with his mother. The young man went to his mother's bedroom and choked her to death. Realizing the situation the man called an ambulance", the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs informs.
In the police station the man confessed to committing a serious crime.
