Sollers predicts intensive development of Kazakhstan automobile market

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Sollers JSC predicts intensive development of automobile market of Kazakhstan. Director General of the Company Vadim Shvetsov said it at a conference devoted to construction of a Kazakh-Russian joint venture on production of cars.
According to him, Kazakh automobile market will grow faster than it was expected previously.
As statistics shows, 187 thousand new cars are planned to be sold in 2015 and about 254 thousand ones - in 2020. By 2017 sale of off-road vehicles and pickups will have reached 73400 automobiles.
