MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - Social network Facebook is experiencing malfunction, as of Tuesday morning.
Users report that the site is not loading, and the mobile application does not allow for updates. Also Facebook's Messenger application appears to be down, TASS reports. The press service for Facebook Russia could not been reached for comment.
