Snowfall to grip Kazakhstan

Mets issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan on March 11, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.
Snow is expected to batter the country's north and east today, while the central part is bracing for snow and rain.
The west, south and southeast are forecast to enjoy weather without precipitation.
Ice slick, high wind and ground blizzard are expected locally.
It was earlier reported, due to worsening weather conditions, several flights at the Astana International Airport have been delayed on March 10.
