Snowfall, cold spell remain in Kazakhstan on Monday

In Pavlodar, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan regions wind speed will reach 15-20 m/s with gusts of 25 m/s. In Akmola, Aktobe regions strong winds to 15-20 m/s with a snowstorm are expected. Foggy and windy weather will persist in Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, South Kazakhstan regions. Severe snow and strong wind to 15-20 m/s will come to Kostanay region. Strong winds, fog and ice up are also predicted for Atyrau, Mangystau, West Kazakhstan, and North Kazakhstan regions. In the coming days much of northern and central Kazakhstan will see a drop in temperature of -25 to -33 degrees Celsius.
