Snow and rain to batter Kazakhstan on Friday

Kazhydromet released a weather forecast for Kazakhstan for March 14, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The country's north, northwest and central part are forecast to brace for rain and snow.
Fog, high wind, ice slick and ground blizzard are expected locally.
As reported earlier, Kazakhstan was to brace for fog and high wind on March 13.
