Due to fronts, the country's west, northwest and north are to expect unstable weather conditions. Heavy precipitation as snow and rain is predicted in the west and rain in the south and southwest, Kazinform News Agency cites the National Weather Service Kazhydromet.
The country is to see fog, gusty wind, as well as black ice in the west, northwest, and north, and ground blizzard in the east.
