Slightly warmer temperatures returning to N Kazakhstan

Brutally cold weather conditions will give way to slightly warmer temps in northern Kazakhstan on February 24-26, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from Kazhydromet.
According to the national weather agency, weather without precipitation is expected in the west of the country which happens to be under the influence of an anticyclone.
Snowfall with blizzard is forecast for the rest of Kazakhstan. Snowy, foggy and slippery conditions are in store for southern and southeastern Kazakhstan.
Temperatures will slightly rise in the north and center of the country from -22, -35°C to -10, -23°C. Mercury will drop to -23°C, -38°C and -8°C, -23°C at night in eastern as well as southern and southeastern Kazakhstan, respectively.
