SKazakhstan regional Governor paid working visit to Turkey

During the visit A.Myrzakhmetov and Kazakh delegation took part in big international business forum "Turkey-World Trade Bridge 2010" held in Istanbul on June 14-17. Top officials of 40 countries and representatives of business communities of 136 countries of the world took part in the Forum.

The Kazakh Governor met with representatives of the business community of Turkey. The interlocutors expressed readiness to cooperate with Kazakhstan including the issues of establishment of special industrial zones in the country.

A.Myrzakhmetov informed on particular investment projects in the field of agricultural engineering, cattle breeding development, activity of "Ontustik" Special Economic Zone and favorable investment climate in Kazakhstan. The Head of the region called the Turkish entrepreneurs to take active part in implementation of industrial-innovative program in South Kazakhstan.

The Kazakh delegation visited one of the biggest Turkish provinces Konya where the agreement on establishment of twin-city relations between Shymkent and Konya was signed.
