Shop for students opened in Astana

ASTANA. February 23. KAZINFORM – A social shop has been opened in Astana at the 14th hostel of the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University. Its name is Student.
The special thing about the shop is that the prices of all the goods are slightly lower than at the market.
"In order to open the outlet we have carved out for free one room on the ground floor of the hostel to the entrepreneur. He pays only for utilities. For that reason we managed to set low prices for food. For example, bread costs 45 tenge, and the products like "Big Bon" and "Rollton" frequently bought by students are 33-55 tenge ", said the director of the University’s department for education Bauyrzhan Imangaliev.
Today there is a cheap dining room at the university, and in the near future it is scheduled to open a social hospital and a drugstore near the building of the university.
