«Shakhter» departures to Glasgow for return match with «Celtic»

ASTANA. August 26. KAZINFORM — "Shakhter" Karaganda football team has departured to Glasgow for the second leg of the Champions League against "Celtic", Vesti.kz reports.
Football team's fans and Bauyrzhan Abdishev, the akim of Karaganda region, saw off “Shakhter” players at "Saryarka" international airport.
In turn, Victor Kumykov, the head coach, promised that his team will score a pair of goals against the Scottish "Celtic".
NOTE: The first leg play-off round of the Champions League held in Astana on August 20 ended with the score 2-0 in favor of "Shakhter". The goals' authors were Khizhnichenko and Finonchenko. The return match will take place in Glasgow on August 28 - 29. KTK TV channel will broadcast the game.
