Senate to consider bill on ratification of Agr't of CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces

ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate's Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security has discussed a draft Law "On ratification of the Agreement of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)".
As Vice Minister of Defense Bolat Sembinov noted, this Agreement signed in Moscow on June 14, 2009 is aimed at coalition basis creation for the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces.
"The structure of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces will be established by the Collective Security Council", B.Sembinov said.
After the discussion the Committee decided to introduce the bill on the House's consideration on February 4.
