Senate ratifies agr't on free military-technical assistance to Kyrgyzstan

TANA. October 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Senate of the Kazakh Parliament adopted the Law "On ratification of the agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on the provision of free military-technical assistance".
According to Kazakh Vice Minister of Defense Sergei Gromov, the agreement determines the procedure for transferring armored vehicles, mortar launchers and cars to Kyrgyzstan. In accordance with article 6 of the agreement the Kyrgyz side undertakes not to transfer received from the Kazakh side military property or the right to use it to the third party.
