Senate ratified Kazakhstan-EIB Framework Agreement

ASTANA. October 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Today at a plenary session the Upper Chamber of the Kazakh Parliament has adopted the Law On ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Investment Bank regulating the activity of the European Investment Bank in Kazakhstan.
"Founded in 1958 the European Investment Bank is the largest financial organization of the European Union. Its charter capital makes about EUR 164 bln", Vice Minister of Economic Development and Trade Marat Kussainov said and added that after the ratification of the Framework Agreement Kazakhstan will be able to attract long-term and cheap loans.
