Senate ratified EurAsEC Court's statute

ASTANA. February 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of the Kazakh Parliament adopted the Law "On ratification of the Eurasian Economic Community Court's statute".
"The EurAsEC Court is established in order to consider disputes between the EurAsEC member states and the Customs Union member states as well as between the economic entities of the CU member states. The Parliamentary Assembly of the EurAsEC Interstate Council appoints and relieves of duties two judges from each side for six-year term," Executive Secretary of the Kazakh Ministry of Justice Marat Beketayev said.
According to him, to date Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan are among the participants of the Court statute.
