Senate ratified Convention on early notification of nuclear accident

ASTANA. January 15. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Senate of the Kazakh Parliament has approved the Law "On ratification of the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident" at the plenary session.
Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan Sauat Mynbayev presenting the draft law noted that the provisions of the Convention were aimed at supporting legal foundation for early notification of nuclear accident which let reach minimum of trans-border radiation impacts.
