Senate OKs amendments to law on investment climate

As it was previously reported, the law introduces additional measures to support the investors under the contracts concluded. In particular it is exemption from corporate income tax for 10 years, exemption from the land tax for 10 years, and from property tax for 8 years. Investor participation in Program of Accelerated Innovative and Industrial Development must be at least USD 20 million. This is a basic condition for receiving benefits from the state, which is indicated in the draft law improvement of the investment climate in Kazakhstan. Along with this, investors who have concluded a contract are entitled attracting labor out of quotas and permits.
